Food & Drink

A day at the table in the Langhe begins with the buffet breakfast at Fàula and ends with the tasting menus of chef Francesco Clerico. At lunch the menu follows Piedmontese tradition, with tajarin, agnolotti del plin and lighter dishes; in the evening the restaurant changes pace, with three tasting journeys and a cellar that brings in the great international labels.

In between comes Sorì, where the aperitivo is made with herbs and flowers picked in our garden, the same garden that supplies the kitchen every morning, and continues into a light dinner with a view over the hills.

Experiences

Experiences in the Langhe that follow the seasons rather than a catalogue. From October you can go into the woods of the estate at dawn with the trifulau and his dog for the Alba white truffle hunt; all year round you can roll tajarin by hand in a cooking class or read Barolo and Barbaresco with our sommeliers at the Wine Academy.

Those who prefer to explore take a Vespa or an e-bike along the panoramic roads, walk the trekking paths through woods and vines, or see the geometry of these hills from a hot air balloon at first light.

Wellness

Wellness with the hills all around: at the Lelòse Spa the treatments work with Insìum, a vegan and cruelty-free Italian skincare line, and with the wild herbs of these slopes; every stay includes fifty minutes of exclusive access to the private wellness area, with jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and relaxation room.

Outside, the heated infinity pool faces the castle of Serralunga d’Alba and the Piedmontese Alps, with a pool bar serving gelato and drinks through the summer. The gym is open all day with Technogym equipment, and yoga and pilates sessions can be held privately, surrounded by nature.

Meetings & Events

Weddings, corporate meetings and private events among the vineyards of Alta Langa. Villa Agreste is an elegant, private building with large windows, natural light and two terraces looking towards the Piedmontese Alps: the natural backdrop for a ceremony, and a discreet setting for family gatherings and group experiences.

For business, the villa offers two meeting rooms of very different character: the large one of 117 square metres, up to 80 people theatre style, with projector, audio system and welcome desk, and the small one of 14 square metres for meetings of up to six. Menus are designed to measure, starting from the garden.
