Casa di Langa is a boutique hotel in Piedmont, Italy, set in 42 hectares of UNESCO hills between Barolo, Barbaresco and Alta Langa. A quiet retreat where understated hospitality and respect for the land are the same thing.

Inspired by Piedmontese tradition, our estate is a design masterpiece that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. Every detail, from local materials to wide, luminous spaces, has been conceived to honour the landscape that envelops us.
At Fàula Restaurant, Piedmontese cooking appears in its purest form: vegetables picked a few metres from the stove, garden herbs and local products sourced from small trusted producers, on a menu that changes with the seasons. The wine list sets international labels alongside the reds of our own region, and the cellar holds rare bottles from the Vietti and Enrico Serafino estates, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape you taste before you visit it.

A stay becomes memorable when it turns into experience.
Guests roll tajarin by hand in our cooking classes, learn to read the great Piedmontese wines at the Wine Academy, and follow the trifulau and his dog on an early morning truffle hunt in the woods around the estate. Couples and families explore the hills by Vespa or bicycle, on foot along the walking trails, or on one of the golf courses nearby. Anyone looking to slow down finds organic, high performance treatments at the Lelòse Spa, built around wild herbs from the surrounding hills, while the pool and the fitness centre round out the wellness offer. We are working towards climate resilience through geothermal and photovoltaic energy, certified renewable electricity and documented waste-reduction measures and we chose local materials and traditional building techniques for a sustainable architecture that sits within the landscape rather than above it. The same principle guides our experiences, the suppliers we work with and the care of the 42 hectares of woodland, vineyards and hazelnut groves on the estate. This is what luxury in the Langhe means to us: quiet, measurable, rooted in the land.
