The rooms begin with the materials of the region.
Oak, terracotta, stone, leather and glass shape interiors in muted colours, chosen to sit in harmony with the landscape framed by the windows. Every room has a terrace, a king size bed and an outdoor corner where you can sit with a glass of local wine, while the bathroom has a rain shower and Le Labo amenities.
Fabrics are selected for quality and provenance, following the same logic as the sustainable architecture of the estate: local resources and traditional techniques, with nothing staged for effect. This is refined Italian simplicity, applied to a room where the light shifts with the hours and the seasons.

Classic and Deluxe rooms share similar layouts and terraces, with different views. Junior Suites and Suites add a living area, designed for longer stays.
The Suite Monviso is the one couples choose: a large terrace with a panoramic view, a steam fireplace and a library that invites you to stay in. The Suite Alta Langa is the largest room in the hotel, with a living and dining area, sofa and table, and a side view over the hills. Sizes and outlooks vary: each room page has the details.

The room is the starting point, not the boundary of the stay.
The day opens with breakfast overlooking the vineyards and continues with a tasting at the Wine Academy or in the wineries nearby, a Piedmontese cooking class, a truffle hunt in the woods at dawn. The hills can be explored by Vespa, through villages and castles, or on foot along the trails around the estate. Later there is the Lelòse Spa, the pool and dinner at Fàula Restaurant. Autumn brings the white truffle season and the grape harvest.
