The Alta Langa Terroir: a DOCG Heritage

Our estate is nestled in the Alta Langa region, a territory that in 2011 saw the culmination of decades of research with the recognition of its own wine denomination. In these lands, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay find their maximum expression, thanks to an aging of over 30 months on the lees that confers complexity and finesse to our sparkling wines. During our authentic experiences, you will learn to distinguish the nuances of these noble grape varieties, a pure expression of a carefully preserved ecosystem.

Our wine list is a living organism, fueled by the prestige of our partner wineries: Vietti and Enrico Serafino.
